Adding a data table in Microsoft PowerPoint 2019

A data table is how the data is represented in theworksheet cells that were used to create the chart. The data table, onceinserted, forms part of the chart so that it is visually more appealingwhen printed or displayed onscreen. Remember that there are lots ofquick layout chart options, including data tables. Follow thesesteps:

  1. Select the chart to add data labels.
  2. Click on the Add Chart Elementicon on the Design tab ribbon:

  1. Locate Data Table from the listprovided.
  2. From the drop-down list, choose an option to apply to thechart.
