Adding a new record to a form in Microsoft Access 2019

  1. Open the desired form from the Navigation Pane by double-clicking onit. The form will automatically open in Form view.
  2. Click on the new (blank) record icon under the Record navigator panel displayed at thebottom of the form. Alternatively, click on the New icon located under the Records tab:

  1. Enter data into the first field at the top of the form and pressTab or Enter on your keyboard to navigate to the nextfield, and so on.
  2. Press Enter on your keyboard to save the recordautomatically and move to the next new record.
