Changing the default document location in Microsoft Excel 2019

When a workbook is saved or opened in Microsoft Excel, the defaultfile location is displayed in the dialog box by default. By this, wemean the drive and folder you are presented with when clicking on File | Open or by clicking on File | Save. Then, locate the Save workbooks heading.

In the Default local filelocation text area, change the location that you would like filesto be saved to and opened from by default, and then click OK.
