Changing the print options in Microsoft Word 2019

Before printing a document, you should check the Print Layout view to see whether the pagelayout, margins, and document content looks professional:

1. Click on the Filetab to access the Backstage view, then select Print from the optionsprovided:

2. The settings on the Printbackstage are the same in all of the Office applications, with only afew changes depending on whether you are printing a document,presentation, workbook, or worksheet. These are explained in thechapters dedicated to each topic throughout this book.
