The paper size will depend on the type of document created, as wellas its purpose. The most common paper size for most printers and userswould be A4 (210 x 297 mm). Documents sent to a printer using theincorrect printer size could result in the document not printing, orholding up the print queue.

To choose a paper size, click on the File tab, and then click to choose Print from the menu. Under the Settings heading, you will find a drop-downlist item titled A4. Click on thearrow to choose a different paper size, if required. Alternatively,visit the Page Layout tab, and locatethe Size drop-down list to select apaper size.
