Navigating and deleting form records in Microsoft Access 2019

The following screenshot identifies the different options on theRecord bar, which is located at thebottom of a form:

To delete a record, make sure you are viewing the form in Form view, and then locate the record todelete it using the Record bar. Go to Home | Delete | Delete Record. A dialogbox will pop up on over the form to ask you whether you are completelysure you would like to delete the record. Clickon Yes to confirm and delete therecord.
