CFan has introduced how to use a single picture in PPT in “PPT single picture layout has a trick” and “PPT picture division “three axes”. In fact, most of the time we have more picture materials, and often need to use multiple pictures in a page, how to layout to be more beautiful at this time? This article will share some relevant skills with you.
First of all, the images in the same page should be as uniform as possible in tone and even in size, which can be set in the “Format” tab; you can also use masking to unify the tone. In addition, the theme of the images should be the same, and try to use high-definition images.
PPT’s alignment tools can already meet our basic needs. In the “View” tab, “Grid Lines” and “Reference Lines” can also be used to assist in alignment, click the “Set “button to modify the spacing of the grid, right-click in the blank page and select “grid and reference lines”, you can add multiple reference lines to align the material, drag the reference line out of the page can be deleted. Grids and reference lines are quite convenient when aligning pictures in different pages (Figure 1).
Aligning pictures with the help of a table is also a very common technique. For example, to line up 16 pictures into 4 rows and 4 columns, you can insert a 4 × 4 table, and then click a cell, in the right side of the “shape options” check the “picture and texture fill”, and then click the “File “button to insert the picture, the picture was inserted into the cell, the picture will automatically adapt to the cell, and will automatically adjust the size of the table with the size. This alignment is very convenient when adjusting (Figure 2).
When there are many pictures, the above alignment method is a bit inefficient. iSlide, a PPT plug-in, can solve the tedious alignment operation. After selecting all the pictures, click “Design Layout” in the “iSlide” tab and select “Matrix Layout” to align the pictures as required, which is quite convenient (Figure 3).
Again, when the images are of different sizes and shapes, it is not always necessary to layout them in the middle of the page, using different shapes stitched together to cover the entire page, respectively, to fill the image with graphics (Figure 4). Draw a rectangle equal to the size of the page, and then draw several thin rectangles on it; select all the shapes, use “Split” under “Merge Shapes” to delete the extra shapes; fill the shapes with pictures separately, and if the pictures are not right, deselect them If the picture is not correct, you can deselect “Rotate with Shape”, in addition, by adjusting the “offset value” you can modify the position of the picture in the graphic. This technique and the “PPT picture splitting” three axes “the last “axe” of the article is the opposite, here is a multi-picture stitching into a visual single picture, that article is a single picture split into a visual multi-picture, can be described as the same thing.
Finally, adding a border can also improve the “quality” of a multi-picture page. As shown in the figure, multiple screenshots of chat logs, if arranged directly in the page, would feel very monotonous; if you insert a picture of your phone in the page, and adjust the size of the chat log picture so that it covers the phone screen position, this obviously improves the design of the whole page (Figure 5).
