In our production of PPT, if the title or directory text can “move”, then it will certainly add a lot of color to the PPT document. The following I will give you a few experiences to achieve the effect of PPT text “moving”.

Masking method to let the text “move”

For a PPT document, the title is very important, a good title can stimulate people’s reading pleasure, play the role of the finishing touch. If the title is taken well and also has good dynamic effects, the display effect is absolutely good and good, which can be achieved by the “masking method”.

Tip: To facilitate the simultaneous selection of text boxes, color blocks, GIF images and other controls, we recommend that you adjust the size of the color block so that it can completely cover the text box, and GIF images to completely cover the color block.

Placeholder method to make text “move”

The advantage of using the mask method to create dynamic text is that it is convenient, but the disadvantage is that the dynamic effect is not easy to modify. In this way, if you want to make PPT multiple directory text with different dynamic effects, it is very troublesome. At this point, you may want to create dynamic text through the placeholder method.

Switch to the “View” tab, click the “Slide Master” button to enter the mode, and then in the “Slide Master” tab, click ” Insert Placeholder→Picture”, insert a picture and resize it. Then insert a text box in the picture, and enter the text of the directory (such as “computer enthusiasts”), and set the font, font size and other parameters. Finally, select the text and placeholder, respectively, in the “Format” tab, click “Merge Shapes → Intersect” in turn, they will be combined in one piece (Figure 4).
