Removing tabs in a document in Microsoft Word 2019

Before removing tabs in a document, you need to highlight the sectionof the document that contains tabs. Tabs are easily discarded from theruler by dragging the tab marker off the ruler. If you prefer to use thedialog box to remove tabs, simply access the Paragraph dialog box, click on Tabs at the very bottom of the dialog box,and choose the tab you wish to delete onthe left-hand side under Tab stopposition:, and click on Clear. Should you wish to remove alltabs, click on the Clear Allicon. Don’t forget to press the OK button to commit thechanges.
