Saving automatically in the background while working on Excelworkbooks is very important, as you would like to ensure that you areable to recover any work if the system crashes. Excel offers thecapability to set an automatic save feature for some minutes and also tokeep the last auto recovered version, should the workbook be closedwithout saving. To make use of this feature, follow these steps:

  1. Click on FileOptions | Save.
