For some common photo processing tasks, such as resizing, photo beautification, generating standard ID photos, etc., people often use large image editing software such as Photoshop. Kill the chicken and use the bull? In fact, for such frequently occurring lightweight photo processing tasks, a few small software can easily handle.
1. a comprehensive selection of image sizes at my disposal
When it comes to image size conversion, you’ll say it’s easy. But it’s not easy to find a software that can convert picture sizes with different needs. Image Resizer, an all-in-one image size batch conversion software, is recommended for its ability to batch convert images to any size in terms of pixels, percentages, decimal multipliers, file sizes, etc.
Download Image Resizer software, unpack it and run it directly to start the software. After the software starts, first drag the image to be processed to the file list window of the software (you can also use the File menu or Open Foler button to open it) (Figure 1).
If there are more files in the image folder and only a certain number of images need to be processed, you can use the filter button Filter next to it to filter the images in the folder on demand (Figure 2).
Next, set the size. Click on the Choose Size tab to enter the size selection window. If you wish to resize the image to some of the sizes commonly used on the web, select the Resize to Pixel Size option and then choose between 4 sizes. Select the Retain Proportions checkbox (Retain Proportions), then click the More Options button to open more options to choose from. In addition to the option to differentiate between landscape and portrait, original picture larger or smaller than the maximum size, you can also choose three methods to reset the size (Resize Method), and if you are dealing with JPEG, JNG, MNG, or JPG2000 formats, there is also the option to select the picture quality percentage (Figure 3).
If you wish to pick a larger pixel match, or a user-defined pixel, select the Resize to Custom Pixel Size option, then select or enter the pixel data in the aspect direction; besides changing the image size by pixel, you can also adjust the image size by percentage, select the Percentage Scale option, then specify the percentage to In addition, we can also specify the file size of the target image for image size conversion by selecting the Resize to File Size option and then giving the KB value of the image file to achieve (Figure 4). .
Finally, click the Save button, select the output folder, file name (template can be applied), file format type, and click the Save Images button to save the file (Figure 5).

If you like the content of a photo but are not quite satisfied with its color effect, you can use a small software, Vampix, to generate a black and white photo or beautify it with a color effect.
After starting the Vampix software, click the Load button to load the image you want to process. By default, the software will display a black and white and color comparison image at the bottom. Set the Central Color by clicking somewhere in the image or by entering the red, green and blue color values, and then you will see the areas of the black and white image that are the same as the selected central color appear in color. Next, under the Thresholds group, adjust the thresholds through three sets of sliders to select the appropriate neighborhood color. When you are satisfied with the adjustment, click the Save button to save the image (Figure 6).
