Sending as an attachment in Microsoft Office 2019

We will demonstrate this using an Excel 2019 workbook. This optionwill attach the workbook to an email message and send it to recipients.Each recipient receives a copy of the workbook to review. The followingsteps will guide you in sharing a workbook directly via email withinExcel 2019:

  1. Open the ChoclatoFlakSales.xlsx workbook.
  2. Click on the File tab to access theBackstage view.
  1. Select Share from the listprovided.
  2. Select Email, andthen choose the Send asAttachment icon.
  3. Add a recipient email address to theemail.
  4. The Subject of the message isalready entered as the workbook name, as can be seen in the followingscreenshot:

  1. As we can see from the previous screenshot, you just need to editthe Subject as required, then pressthe Send icon.
