It is possible to share your calendar with other contacts as well asto ask permission to gain access to their calendars. When sharing yourcalendar, you can choose to share only certain details, such asthe Availability Only,
- Open your calendar by clicking on the calendar icon at the bottom ofthe Navigation Pane.
- Click on Share Calendar on theribbon.
- Enter the name of the contact that you would like to grant access toyour calendar.
- Choose a sharing option from the
Details drop-down list—either Availability Only, Limited Details, or Full Details access. For this example, wewill choose Availability Only:
- When you have finished, click on
- A notification will pop up on the screen asking whether you are sureyou want to share the calendar with the permissions you have granted.Click Yes to continue.
