Splitting cells in Microsoft Word 2019

Once you have merged cells, you might want to split them again, asfollows:

1. Right-click over the merged cells.
2. Choose Split Cells… from theshortcut menu provided, as illustrated in the followingscreenshot:

3. Select the number of rows and columns from the dialog box to splitthe cell into, as illustrated in the followingscreenshot:

4. Click on the OK button to committhe changes and split the cell.
