Switching between view modes in Microsoft Access 2019

Moving between different views is most important in the Accessdatabase. Certain functions are performed in Design View, while other functions areapplicable only in another Access view. The view types are discussedlater in this book:

1. Open the relevant table, query, form, or report.
2. On the Home tab, in the Views group, click the View drop-down arrow. A list of theavailable views will appear. Note that these will differ depending onthe object selected. Click on a Viewto select it, after which you can make the relevant changes:

View modes can also be achieved by right-clicking on the title bar ofthe object in question and choosing the relevant view option.
