The title bar in Microsoft Word 2019

The title bar area is located at the very top of each programlaunched on the Windows environment. This bar displays the name of thefile you currently have open. Normally, when you launch Microsoft Word,the blank page displayed is titled Document1. This means that you have not yetsaved any elements that have been added to the document.

In the following screenshot, Document7 isprinted in the title area as this is theseventh blank document that I have opened (this is the sameas using the seventh piece of paper from anotebook):

You need to save the current document to keep its changes. Thetitle bar also houses the Quick Access Toolbar(QAT) and the program manipulation icons to the rightof it.
